Scott built Amani Realty with a clear premise — that a brokerage's job is to give agents better infrastructure than they could build alone, and to hold a standard of service that agents can be proud to operate under. His focus has been on building the operational and technology backbone of the brokerage before recruiting, not after.
Alongside Stephanie, who operates as an agent within the brokerage, Scott works directly with both agents and clients. The brokerage is intentionally small and intentionally precise. Growth is a byproduct of doing the work well — not a goal pursued ahead of it.
